Position Overview
As a ROLUS® District Sales Manager, you will build ROLUS® by implementing distribution, quality, visibility, price, persuasion, promotion, and rotation targets within ON‑TRADE outlets using the 1:9:90 segmentation strategy. You will develop an effective commercial strategy and account segmentation plan for your assigned territory, ensuring performance targets are achieved through strategic execution and distribution contract negotiation.
This role is critical to ensuring all accounts deliver to ROLUS® standards across product availability, visibility, in‑outlet rotation, activation, staff recommendation, events, and promotional execution.
Core Responsibilities
Brand Advocacy & Education
· Develop and manage distributor relationships, including SGWS, and create a contact matrix to maximize key relationships.
· Lead the commercial profitability strategy for ROLUS®.
· Define activation plans and standards for delivering ROLUS® brand experiences across priority accounts.
Financial
· Support the delivery of business performance and financial plan targets for assigned accounts.
· Ensure efficient return on investment of Sales A&P.
· Adhere to and manage T&E budgets.
Commercial Support & Market Growth
· Execute with speed and agility to capture early momentum in the Functional Non‑Alcoholic Beverage category.
· Ensure ROLUS® POS materials and displays are correctly set up, maintained, and aligned with brand standards.
· Manage a small but high‑performing team of Brand Ambassadors, overseeing weekly recaps, KPIs, performance tracking, and actionable insights.
· Collaborate and communicate effectively with your manager on a regular basis.
Travel & Field Presence
· Plan and deliver training, sampling programs, and incentives with Brand Ambassadors and priority customers.
· Represent ROLUS® at training events, industry engagements, tastings, activations, and other brand‑building opportunities.
· Demonstrate strong self‑organization, time management, and ability to meet deadlines while preparing recaps, KPI reports, and market summaries.
· Skilled in developing customer commitment and negotiating win‑win outcomes.
· Ability to work cross‑functionally.
· Remain aware of and compliant with all local regulations, including tied‑house laws.
· Available to work nights and weekends as required.
· Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. for product and display setup.
· Auto allowance and cell phone allowance are provided.

· Prior experience in brand and distributor management, field marketing, hospitality, or event management preferred.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
· Based in the Orange County, CA area with reliable transportation.
· Able to represent the brand professionally in customer‑facing environments.
· Excellent knowledge of the drinks and non‑drinks beverage sector.
· Available for occasional evenings and weekends.
· Strong presentation and sales skills.
· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong reporting, presentation, and organizational skills.
· Must pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
