Brand Ambassador - Dallas

Position Overview 

As a ROLUS® Brand Ambassador, you will lead brand presence across key Texas markets with a Dallas focus. From high-energy tastings and staff trainings to wellness and lifestyle activations, you will bring the ROLUS® experience to life across on and off premise accounts. You will represent the brand at golf clubs, fitness centers, hospitality venues, and lifestyle events building authentic connections that drive awareness, trial, and long-term loyalty. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven, high-energy, professional who thrives in the field and takes pride in representing a premium brand. 

 

Core Responsibilities 

Brand Advocacy & Education 

  • Serve as the local subject matter expert on ROLUS®, confidently communicating formulation, functional benefits, hydration science, and brand story.
  • Conduct engaging, high-energy trainings for staff, managers, and front-of-house teams to ensure consistent product knowledge and perfect execution at point of consumption.
  • Maintain a high-value account list including golf and country clubs, boutique fitness studios, premium hospitality venues, wellness concepts, and corporate offices.

Brand Experience & Community Activation 

  • Represent ROLUS® at on-premise and field marketing events across Texas, always ensuring a premium and professional brand presence
  • Lead tastings, sampling activations, pop-ups, golf tournaments, wellness events, and lifestyle partnerships to drive trial and brand loyalty.
  • Execute account level engagement and education to generate trial and drive velocity
  • Partner with Marketing to capture authentic field content, including photos, videos, testimonials and trend insights to support digital and social campaigns 

Commercial Support & Market Growth 

  • Support new points of distribution through education, sampling, and launch execution
  • Ensure ROLUS® POS materials and displays are properly set up, maintained, and aligned with brand standards
  • Monitor competitive activity and category trends across Texas, delivering insights to inform regional and national strategy
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with weekly event recaps, performance tracking, and actionable feedback insights
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with Regional Sales Manager on a regular basis 

Travel & Field Presence 

  • Travel (up to 30%) across Texas to support regional activations, including golf tournaments, wellness events, and hospitality partnerships.
  • Auto allowance and cell phone allowance will be provided 

Ideal Candidate 

  • Passionate about health, wellness, and premium beverage brands
  • Confident, polished communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple events simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high standard for brand integrity
  • Prior experience in brand ambassadorship, field marketing, hospitality, or event management preferred 

Requirements 

  • Based in the Dallas area with reliable transportation
  • Able to professionally represent the brand and company in a consumer facing position
  • Available for occasional evenings and weekends as needed for event activations
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. (event setup / product transport)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong reporting, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background and drug screening
  • This is an exempt full-time salaried position, not eligable for overtime
