No. You can capture a payment only once for an order, and the payment can't be more than the order's authorized amount. This means that your customers can't add to an existing order. If they want to add more products after an order has been placed, then they need to make a new order.

Many banks display charges immediately when an attempt for payment is made, even if that payment fails. Most of the time, failed payment attempts appear as pending charges; however, some banks display them as regular charges. These charges, regardless of their status, appear for a short period of time before they are reversed. The amount of time that the charge appears on the customer's account depends on the bank, but is typically 3-5 days. Let’s not overthink this! You don’t need a science degree to understand what’s in ROLUS®. Our key ingredients that we talk about are our bespoke ROLUS® Botanical Blend for the Refreshing taste, Hawaiian Sea Salt acting as replenishing Electrolytes, Greek Verbena to support immunity and Asian Ginseng as a regenerating adaptogen. We do also include additional individual electrolytes, such as, potassium citrate, calcium citrate, and magnesium sulfate.

ROLUS® is packed with good stuff, like electrolytes and adaptogens. We could get into the science about what makes these so effective – but the thing you need to know is they’re there to keep you hydrated, along with also having a great taste – helping you feel closer connected to the world around you, as well as helping you feel just simply amazing from the inside out.

Our Hawaiian Sea Salt does not contain any micro-plastics in it. We have a pure sea salt. This was important to us!

We do not accept returns. You are liable for any orders placed or charges that incur prior to the cancellation request. However, you may be entitled to a refund if your product arrives damaged. If that’s the case, please send an image of the damage to support@rolus.com.
All refunds will be processed via the payment method used to place the applicable order. Please allow at least four weeks for any refund to be processed; refund times may vary based on your payment card issuer.
