  • Our key ingredients are our bespoke ROLUS botanical blend for the refreshing taste, Hawaiian sea salt acting as replenishing electrolytes, Greek verbena to support immunity, and Asian ginseng as a regenerating adaptogen. ROLUS also has other individual electrolytes, such as potassium citrate, calcium citrate, and magnesium sulfate.

  • ROLUS is packed with the good stuff, like electrolytes and adaptogens. We could get into the science of what makes these so effective, but the thing you need to know is they’re there to keep you hydrated and feeling great.

PAYMENT

  • ROLUS accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. 

  • In most cases, the refund is labeled as ‘Pending’ for up to 2 business days, and it can take up to 10 business days for you to receive the refunded amount.

  • Shopify Payments is one of the most secure payment processors available. Shopify uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect your information during checkout.

Refunds & returns

  • We do not accept returns. You are liable for any orders placed or charges that incur prior to the cancellation request. However, you may be entitled to a refund if your product arrives damaged. If that’s the case, please send an image of the damage to support@rolus.com

    All refunds will be processed via the payment method used to place the applicable order. Please allow at least four weeks for any refund to be processed; refund times may vary based on your payment card issuer.

Club ROLUS

  • Please visit the Club ROLUS page and follow the instructions to sign up—you'll just need to enter your name, email and password to enroll. Be sure to opt-in to ROLUS communications so you don’t miss out on ways to earn and use those sips.

  • Be sure to log in to your account and visit the Club ROLUS page. If your sips are not populating, please write us at support@rolus.com. Your sips will also tally and populate in your cart and at checkout.

  • Please follow the steps to redeem sips as outlined on the Club ROLUS page. If you have taken these steps, and sips were not properly allocated at checkout, we will provide you with a coupon for the value of the sips earned. Please email support@rolus.com if your issues persist.

  • Be sure to log in to your account and visit the Club ROLUS page. Click “Rewards History.” If your sips are not populating, please write us at support@rolus.com.

  • There are many simple ways to redeem your sips (points). Please follow the steps outlined in the Club ROLUS page to redeem your sips.
