Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

Please read these Official Rules carefully, as they contain important information about the rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply, to participate in this Sweepstakes. By participating, each participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. 

1. Sweepstakes Description. The ROLUS® July Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is Sponsored by ROLUS Beverages, Inc. (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes begins at 10:30 p.m. Eastern Time on July 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time July 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor’s computer runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received. 

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

• Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia, except where prohibited, aged eighteen (18) or older as of the date of entry, who have an active e-mail account and Internet access. Employees of Sponsor and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or other coordinating agencies, individuals providing services to Sponsors through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Entry Period, and their respective immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an individual’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

• Participation Terms. All participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and legally binding in all respects. All participants hereby release Instagram, Sponsor, and each of their parents, affiliated companies subsidiaries, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, agents, successors and assigns of each, of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from all claims, liability, lawsuits, costs, expenses, fees, injuries (including death), losses, and damages relating to their participation, acceptance and use misuse of any prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage, including death caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse, or redemption of a prize. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules. 

• How to Enter. You may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the following steps:

1. Logging into your Instagram account and liking the Sweepstakes posted by Rolus’ Instagram account (@ROLUS.drinksmarter) during the Entry Period. 

2. Tagging two (2) unique Instagram users in the comment section of the Sweepstakes post; and 

3. Following Rolus’ Instagram account (@ROLUS.drinksmarter). 

4. Resharing this post to feed or story earns 10 bonus entries. DM @ROLUS.drinksmarter a screenshot of the reshare for confirmation.
5. Purchase of a 4-pack with entry to the sweepstakes through either of the 4 options above.

If you are not already a member, become a member of Instagram and sign into your Instagram account. Creating an Instagram account is free. By submitting your information and creating an Instagram account, you will be required to agree to the Instagram terms of service and privacy policy. 

Once you have completed all the required steps, you will receive one (1) Entry in the Sweepstakes for the prizes. 

Entries that have been generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Any attempt to use fraudulent methods or identities to generate tagged referrals may void the Entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification, at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Incomplete entries or entries not following these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If a dispute results as to the identity of an entrant, it will be determined that the entry was submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram handle or email address from which the entry is made. For these purposes, the authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to an email account. The promotional website’s database clock will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

5. Determination of Winner(s). One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The potential winner will be notified by electronic mail and/or social media on or about three business days after the selection. The potential Grand Prize winner will have 72 hours from the time of notification to respond and accept the Grand Prize. Non-compliance with these Official Rules; Sponsor’s inability to contact the potential winner; or prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in such potential winner’s disqualification and the applicable prize may be awarded to an alternate winner based on a subsequent drawing from remaining participants. All claimed prizes will be awarded. Please allow at least one to three weeks for delivery of the prize.

6. Odds. The odds of winning the prizes below depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Prizes. 

• Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) $500 Carl’s Land Gift Card and (1) 24-pack of ROLUS Sparkling Hydration Drink. (Approximate Retail Value is $60)

• Second Prize: The Second Prize winner will receive two (2) 24-packs of ROLUS Sparkling Hydration Drink. (Approximate Retail Value is $120).

Total ARV of all prizes: $680. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance. The prizes are awarded “as is” and any and all guarantees and warranties on merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturers’ terms and conditions, and winner(s) agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim. 

Any winner of a prize or prizes valued at $600 or more may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release, and a W-9 taxpayer identification form, within three (3) calendar days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply within this period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By accepting a prize, the winner irrevocably grant(s) Sponsor the right and permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner’s name, prize won, likeness, photograph, voice, address (state) and biographical information in any media throughout the world in perpetuity for purposes of advertising, online posting, Sweepstakes and publicity in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation. 

8. Governing Law. The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

9. Limitation of Liability. As a strict condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, participant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and legally binding in all respects; (b) to the use of their names and/or likenesses and/or biographical data by Sponsor and its designees for advertising, Sweepstakes and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity from the conclusion of the Sweepstakes at discretion of Sponsor without compensation, permission or notification (except where prohibited by law); (c) THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR INJURY TO AN ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES EXCEPT FOR ANY “IN THE BOX” WARRANTY THAT MAY BE PROVIDED WITH A PRIZE; (d) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, IF ANY; (e) ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY COMPENSATION OR CREDIT TO BE PROVIDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; AND (f) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ENTRANT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER LEGAL COSTS OR EXPENSES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

10. Disclaimer. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone, computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, errors related to participation in the Sweepstakes or other errors or problems of any kind whether typographical, printing, human, mechanical, computer, electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the results of the Sweepstakes, the conduct of the drawings or the results of the random drawings, the incorrect submission of any Entry, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials or for any damage to your or any other person’s computer hardware or software as a result of participation. Released Parties are not responsible for entries that are late, lost, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, misdirected, garbled or delayed. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules as solely determined by the Sponsor will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof and/or terminate the participation of any participant (and void his/her Entry) whose conduct potentially compromises the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at Sponsor’s discretion, and if possible conduct a random drawing from all non-suspect entries received up to time of such action. 

11. Privacy. Personal information collected from Participants in connection with the Sweepstakes will be subject to and may be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the website at https://rolus.com/pages/privacy-policy. 

12. Winner List: For names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: ROLUS July Sweepstakes, ROLUS Beverages, Inc. 30 Journey, Aliso Viejo CA 92656, United States. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the end of the Entry Period. 

13. Sponsors Address: Rolus Beverages, Inc., 30 Journey, Aliso Viejo CA 92656, United States. Any notices or communications to Sponsor must be sent via certified mail, return receipt requested.
